Rapid prototype parts for
development or product models. Fabricated masters or
Stereolithography (SLA) model, can be made from your 3D file. Fabricated
masters are from conventional shop equipment such as milling
machines, lathes, and hand constructed techniques to build the
model. This method is by the discretion of the model maker.
Stereolithography is one of the newest most technologically
advanced prototyping processes. It utilizes computer-aided design
system-directed laser light in combination with special curable
photopolymers to generate a solid plastic model without machine or
tooling. As a result, 3D Stereolithography can produce a high
quality, accurate model in a fraction of the time. Once a model is
created, duplicates of the original 3D model can be made using
Urethane Casting Techniques. |
